Community hubs anchor resilience capacity

Hubs provide places where support and knowledge connect.

In disruption, people need somewhere to turn. Community hubs — schools, libraries, halls, or dedicated centres — anchor resilience by connecting support, information, and relationships in one place. Hubs make resilience tangible. They provide safe spaces for gathering, distribute resources, and host training or recovery programs. When hubs are strong, communities know where to go for help and where to find each other. Resilience grows when communities invest in the places that bring people together.
